Refund policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our attendees to the best of our ability. Below is our refund policy for tickets purchased for the Vienna Airways Congress 2024:
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be granted for ticket purchases made more than 30 days before the event date. Only tickets purchased directly through our official channels are eligible for refunds.
Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team at least 30 days prior to the start of the event. Requests must include the attendee’s name, ticket confirmation number, and reason for the refund.
Refund Process: Upon receiving a refund request, our team will review it and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the ticket purchase.
Refund Amount: Refunds requested with-in 30 days of the Purchase will be refunded in total. Refunds requested more than 30 days before the event will be subject to a processing fee of 10% of the ticket price. Refunds requested within 30 days of the event will not be eligible, except in exceptional circumstances.
Transfer of Tickets: If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual at no extra cost. Please notify us in writing of the name and contact information of the new ticket holder.
Cancellation of Event: In the unlikely event that the Vienna Airways Congress is canceled or postponed, attendees will be notified promptly, and full refunds will be issued.
